RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Commitment

Every CHIARA IS piece is handmade in Scicli, Sicily with exceptional care and craftsmanship. We want you to love what you receive completely. If something is not right, we are here.

Standard Items

If you have purchased a CHIARA IS piece from our current stock, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights legislation. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chiarais.com within this window. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, labels, accessories and care items intact and included. Please take care when trying your piece. Any item that shows signs of wear, has had tags or labels removed, or is missing any accompanying elements will not be accepted for return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you use a fully tracked service and share the tracking details with us at the time of dispatch. CHIARA IS cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

Pieces made to your specifications, or personalised with embroidered initials, a name, a date or a symbol, are crafted exclusively for you. In accordance with EU Consumer Rights legislation, these items are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us at info@chiarais.com within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue. We will do everything we can to make it right, whether through repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping will not be charged in the case of a fault or defect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item in accordance with our returns policy above and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return
