SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery
Every CHIARA IS piece is prepared with care before it leaves our atelier in Scicli, Sicily. Orders are dispatched within approximately 8 working days of your order being confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with full tracking details.
We ship worldwide to selected destinations. Estimated delivery times by region:

Duties & Taxes
European Union All prices are inclusive of VAT. No additional duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery. Your order is shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
United Kingdom Import duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. CHIARA IS is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by customs procedures.

Carriers
Your CHIARA IS order will be dispatched via a fully tracked courier service. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Always ensure someone is available to receive your parcel, or provide an address where collection is possible.
Packaging
Your order arrives in packaging designed with the same intention as the piece inside. A recycled paper box closed with one of our precious yarns and the CHIARA IS wax seal. No plastic bubble wrap, no plastic adhesive tape. Everything is designed to be kept, reused, and respected.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@chiarais.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Restricted Destinations
CHIARA IS does not ship to the following destinations: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, and Myanmar.
